Sunday Visitors...

We were blessed by a visit from The Little Men & Co. on Sunday to celebrate Mother's Day and Pop Pop's birthday (a bit belated).  The day was absolutely perfect for a picnic!  I called this my generational table setting... quilt from my maternal great grandmother, dishes from my mom and chargers from my daughter.  The heavenly scents of gardenias floated all around.

But, the best part of the day was seeing this one...

And, this one... There may have been a dessert overload.  LOL!

A Battleship War...

And Goosebumps for an afternoon movie... (love these beanbag chairs I found at Walmart for nap taking movie watching)  LOL!

It's been years since I've had any of my peeps for Mother's Day.  It was a wonderful gift having thse loves with us.  I am most grateful.  I also loved my phone calls, texts and cards.  I am blessed indeed.

How very fun! I was on the flip side of this...the first Mother's Day without Taylor. Why do they have to move away??? haha....

I can't believe how big those grandsons are getting! Goodness!

That is awesome that you were able to have some of your family visit, for Mother's Day.
That made the day, extra special for you, I can tell :)

Darling table setting, and very creative. Are the chargers zinc?
They sure are cute.

Hope you have a great rest of your week.

Happy belated Mother's Day, Tanna! It looked like the perfect day with your family. Those bean bag chairs look very comfortable

We usually all go for brunch but my daughter was away on a business trip and my daughter-in-law was at a convention, so we decided to delay and do both Mother's and Father's days together and go out to a fun local farm /restaurant that the kids love to visit in June.
