Quotes... Happy Colors... and Good Food

We all know how I love a good quote!  Consider me absolutely SMITTEN with the wall hanging I found last week at Laurie Anna's Vintage Home at the Canton Trades Days (you can order from her shop online, too).  I'm easing closer to being satisfied with the dining room... just taking my time.

And, oh, how I can lose myself in color... love. love. love. playing with it!  Color. Texture. Design.  Good stuff!

This big bag is a combination of three patterns... details and links here on Ravelry.

If I did it again, I'd work the base in an oval shape.  But, it is going to hold lots of yarn and projects just as it is.... until it gets to go to the beach one day!

I can't say I've lost a single pound recently... but, we are enjoying good food and the exercise is making me feel WONDERFUL!  (after I'm done!  hehee)

I hope each of you get lost in something you love this week... and find yourself there, too.

I've been losing myself in my flower beds. I enjoy it so much right now, but in another month, when it gets hot and muggy, I'll be like....."Dear garden, you're on your own." Ha!

Cute, cute bag! And boy do I love grilled veggies of any kind! :)

Tanna...I enjoy seeing the lovely (rich) colors that you select for all your projects. I sure wish you had a shop...I for sure would be a customer.

I love the combination of your sign with the glass chandelier, sophisticated but down to earth. And of course that bag is fabulous! Hope it makes it to many beach trips.

Feeling wonderful, that's the best result of your diet!

Dear Tanna, A wonderful quote.
Sometimes a quote will just reach inside you and wake you up!
I love when that happens. Everything falls into place.
The bag is perfect for yarn and the beach.
I love taking my walk too. I can't say that I walk very fast but, I am walking and my little dog loves it too.
Happy Mother's Day dear. xoxox Catherine

Love the quote and the hanging piece too . . . I think the quote sign has been made on old lath . . . (the salon I go to is an old restored brick historical house and the upstairs bathroom (first time I had been upstairs)I used the other day before my massage, the walls were all done in exposed lath . . . so cool!)

I digressed there a bit . . .

Love your colorful knit/crochet/? bag . . . like yummy love I love it!

Love your salmon and asparagus, very good eats . . . we enjoyed our first Michigan fresh asparagus last night . . . oh my, sooooo good. Big difference from the store bought.

(I think I must use the word love more than any other blogger . . . Just sayin' how I feel is all!)

Happy Mother's Day and weekend tanna . . .

I love the bag, Tanna. Beach bag or project bag, it would be perfect either way. I will have to check out the site for the sign too. It's always fun to find something new.
This week I'm on the other side of the Rockies, losing myself in the love, the giggles, the silliness of my little grandchildren.

Gorgeous bag! Neat sign, too. I'm going to drop in at her site and check then out.
Your meal looks very good and even at this late hour, it is making my mouth water! I love food from the grill.
I've been so busy that I'm just now getting a little caught up on blog reading. Hope your week and weekend has been a good one!
