Gray and Gloomy...

This has been a gray and gloomy week...

We had ice...

And snow...

It melted pretty quickly.

Today, it is just this same gray... and raining...

But, I had sunshine on my gray days via texted photos... Must be one of the greatest inventions ever (especially for grandmothers)!

These guys had tons of beautiful, white snow!

And, they DO love playing in it!!

They even got their Little Momma in on it!

I'm hoping for a little sunshine this coming week... but, even if it doesn't shine over East Texas, I'll find it in these smiling faces...

Wishing sunshine for all of us...

I heard about your weather. It has been gloomy here too. What wonderful pictures of your sweet boys … and their thoughtful mom! She's her mother's daughter for sure.

texting and cell phones and skype are truly meant for moms with children far away. I love my messages. Looks like a fun time in Texas!! Stay warm my friend :)

What a winter you're having down there! I'm glad everyone is enjoying some snow sports. The only way to get through the snowy weather is to embrace it, and those little ones are surely doing that.
Wishing you springtime soon.....

Hey Tanna, your grandchildren are precious! Their momma is pretty cute too. You and I are having the same gloomy weather. If we can't have snow, then I'm ready for the sun to shine. Is your porch ceiling painted blue (first photo)? I've always wanted to have a bead board ceiling and paint it blue. Just the thought maks me smile. Ha!

Yes, Laurie... the porch ceiling is an aqua blue. Makes me happy! ;) blessings ~ tanna

Your daughter and grandsons are all three so beautiful. The smiles, the light in the eyes - gorgeous! Looks like they enjoyed our snow here in Virginia. We are getting very weary of the gray winter blues :( Ready for spring!

For me, even there is no colour in the last shot it is the one I like the best. Very special.

Those two cuties and their momma are the only ones I know in the "valley" that are enjoying that snow!! My friends and relatives still there have forgotten how much we looked forward to snow there as kids!!

Best,
Bonnie

Your daughter's photos made me smile!

My son-in-law took our granddaughter on her first sled adventure, Tanna, and she had a wonderful time! Children enjoy the snow so much!

I can just picture the smile on your face when you see those little ones photos pop up! They are just adorable and their mommy is pretty cute, too.
We had a gloomy weekend with snow. But spring is around the corner...yay!
Have a great week!

Love the sweet photos of your little men and their little mama. It's gloomy and gray here today, raining off and on and cold. Days like this, as long as there aren't too many, put me into a creative mode and I get more done than on any sunny day. Sunny spring-y days are just around the corner!

Dear Tanna, The sun has not been out here either. It seems like snow and ice have taken over!
Another snow storm for Thurs.; though spring cannot be far off.
It looks like there are happy faces enjoying the snow and that is so beautiful.
Blessings dear. xoxo Catherine

We had a week or so of the blah but because of hazy dust. Looks like the boys are having a fun time in the snow. Best wishes, Tammy

We are having another day of gray gloom. More snow fell and another day of school cancelled. I was glad to have had one day of sledding with the boys, but I am SO ready for spring here. And you know we are probably another good six weeks out. I will survive. I will survive. I will survive. ;-) ️XOXO
