Stolen Treasures...

I have a photo file called Stolen Treasures.  They are not really stolen... but instead, cell phone photos that have been sent to me... While they are not really STOLEN, they ARE really TREASURES.  This was B early Christmas morning.  The magic of Christmas morning is at its finest through the eyes of a child.

Here, the boys, their little momma and I were stopped for delicious pizza and a much needed break in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Roo and Alex were a little more excited about dessert than pizza.  {smile}  The Mellow Mushroom is an all time favorite respite on the journey from Virginia to Texas or vise versa.

Then, there are just some stolen hugs... Treasures, I tell you.  Treasures.

Savor your treasures...

I like that, stolen treasures. I've actually organized my Colorado and New Mexico photos from this summer by putting them in folders according to where we were. Sure makes posting easy. I've also organized my other photos by themes but sure can get out of hand quick since I am taking pictures with my phone all the time. The joy of children at Christmas is palpable, that's for sure. Best wishes, Tammy

In a way....they are stolen! Each photo of those precious grandchildren steals a part of your heart!! Just nothing like the bond between grandchildren and their grandparents...
My Sam is crazy about his girls, but he always jokes around....saying, that if he had had his grandchildren first, he might not have ever had the girls...
Enjoy the rest of your weekend..

That is a precious way to see them. Treasures at all ages.. now I have hidden treasures and special moments with my adult grandchildren.

Kaleb away at college in Greenville, IL was telling me some of this thoughts, dreams and goals. I saw a leather (manly looking) journal and mailed it to him to record his thoughts dreams and goals. He was so precious and text me how much he loved it and me. Melt my heart.

We moved to Virginia from Chattanooga and know the Mushroom well. My sister still lives there and we get down about once a year. I grew up in Chattanooga, went to school and moved away, then back, and away, and back. Haha- looks like a lovely time! Those boys are growing so :)
