Afghan or Jacket?

The little stacks are growing at a slow but steady pace... I have 51 squares and the afghan calls for 77.  Good progress.  Yea!  Then the dilemma... one of the first thoughts I had yesterday morning was that I could probably fashion a kimono-like jacket out of the squares INSTEAD of an afghan.  Why does my mind have to do these kind of things?!

Jennifer at Rose Path was kind enough to order some Madelinetosh in Courbet's Green for me to assemble the pieces... It probably won't be here until March... {sigh}... I can tell I'm going to need another project to keep me occupied.  A long time to ponder... afghan or kimono???

Any thoughts?

My vote is for the Kimono Jacket, FOR SURE!
And as long as you are doing that, keep right on making squares for the afghan too!
Most of all, enjoy the creating . . .
You are outstanding at just that!

I think I'm going to vote for the kimono. I love them and how different your's would be. Of course, I like to cozy up under afghans too. Whatever you do, I LOVE the colors!!

I will be the odd woman out and say 'go for the afghan'. You can snuggle in it and move it from room to room and enjoy it every day!

I love how your mind thinks. You always want to change things up a bit because you are so creative. I think you should make what would make you the happiest. If you want to get all warm and snuggly on the sofa with an afghan, do that, or if you think a warm jacket would make your heart smile more, then do that. But just keep creating and letting all that talent flow. You are amazing! :) Blessings always

You would look great in a kimono jacket; go for it! Great for spring.

I think a jacket would be spectacular, especially in those colors.

Oh Dear Tanna, I think I would go for the kimono jacket. It would be pretty with the patches.

I can so see that as a kimono! And I know that you would make a beautiful one! And wear it well. Whichever you choose, it's still gonna be fabulous! Best wishes, Tammy
