Little Men Love

I'm just home from a week with the Little Men & Co..  Oh, these two are just the bee's knees!  They delight their Noni's soul.  I miss them so very much.

And, I cherish each moment I have with my Little Men...

Even when I am exhausted from dragon making, I wouldn't trade a single millisecond.  ;)

I found this collection of quotes on one of our adventures; there are ninety of them. I think I am going to put them in a big ironstone bowl.  But for now, I'm enjoying them as a stack on my desk.  I do love a good quote.  Words hold the power to hurt or heal, inspire or defeat... May we always use them with care.

As a belated report on the fresh apple cake, it was good... just not as good as I had hoped.  I think I like a bit more spice in my fall-ish treats.  The praline icing was WONDERFUL though!

I hope each of you have moments you will cherish this week...

Hi Tanna!
I love seeing your "Little Men"
and how they are growing. Our son surprised us by calling to let us know they are coming from CA to NC for Thanksgiving. They were just here in June and we thought it would be next year before they came back. It visit each week via I-Pad and it is amazing to see what's new each time. I also love your quotes.

"Silence" on you blog led me to believe that the "Little Men" might be involved! Cherished memories.

Oh our post go together this morning..similar hearts! I do love quotes also and yes, all you said about the power of words is so true.
I am so glad you had a wonderful visit in Boy Land!

So funny...
I had a precious few minutes before leaving to go out of town, and I sat down to my blogger dashboard. The top post was from Janette, and yours was right below it.

I would say that God is directing my attention to little boys this morning.

Think I will use it as a reminder to pray for the "IS TO COME" boys in my life, and the big fellow who was someone's little boy once upon a time.

Oh you've made some more good memories. What a great photo. I wondered if you were there---wishing it was this coming week as I'll be there ... was going to check and see if our times coincided ... :-(
Looks like a fun set of quotes!

I love your photographs. LIke the depth of field-so pretty. Your "little men" are growing so fast. Glad you had a recent visit with them.

Your cake looks delicious and I am sure your image will stay with me for a while. Hopefully I might act and make a fall cake and have some people over.

Thank you for the quote about words. How I need to remember that.

Your little men are so adorable. Loving on them would be the highlight of any day.

I love quotes too, and have a blessing box that a friend gave me that holds daily blessings. She made it especially for me, so some of the blessing are very personal.

The cake...what can I say..Texas is to far away..my finger just can't quite reach that frosting!!!

The quote cards are CHARMING!

Oh, Tanna, there is so much love and happy in that first picture! Seems like they get as much joy out of the visits as you...but, of course they would.
Love the quotes....wouldn't it be fun to just leave them around in random places for people to find? But, you would have to have 2 sets because who can get rid of a good quote if they don't have a back up? :-)
See? Now, I need a set or two. I think it would make a good Birthday Project.....hmmm.
Love, d.
So, so, so happy that you like my little quilt.
Really.
