Happy Birthday, Roo!!

Our precious little Andrew, a.k.a. Roo, turned one year old this weekend.  It hardly seems a year could have passed so quickly.

He is the sweetest little soul you would ever hope to know.  And, a Momma's boy all the way.  Yes, his Momma and his Noni made this clown hat for his Circus themed party.  Poor guy.  What will we do to him next... first the Lion Mane... now, a Clown Hair Hat!

I'm deferring to his Momma to post the really fun photos of the AFTER-he-tasted-cake-for-the-first-time photos!!

Noni loved Little Roo in his Hoot Hat, made with lots of love for the Birthday Boy.

Roo, Noni and Pop Pop love you bigger than the sky... to the moon and back!!  We are so happy you invited us to share your birthday with you!!  XOXOXO

I'm dragging... the trip to the Little Men's or home again is a LONG day, even by plane.  Lots to catch up on after my fun trip!!  I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!  blessings to all ~ tanna

So happy that you had a wonderful time with your Little Men (and their parents). That hoot hat is just the berries. Is it a ravelry pattern?
Your family photo is so sweet...glowing with love and joy.
Rest and remember....
Blessings to you and yours.

I just can't tell you how much we loved having you and Pop Pop here. I know the trip is such a beating, but it sure did bring all of us such joy to have you here to celebrate little Roo's first birthday. And I don't have enough thank you's for both of you for all that you did to help us pull off one amazing Big Top Celebration! I LOVE YOU BIGGER THAN THE SKY -- TO THE MOON AND BACK! XOXO

Happy birthday to your little clown!! I've been checking in on y'all while away. Loved Amanda's gift to you on Mother's Day. I've always thought the boys looked more like their dad but one photo of little Amanda shows just how much they look like her as well--a beautiful blending of genes!! I think it is a tiring day anytime one flies to their area from anywhere!! Well worth it, however!

Working on a R.I. post.

Best,
Bonnie

I am smiling and celebrating with you all...too, too precious and those hats, oh too cute. I can't wait to hear his comments about them when he is a teenager!!! LOL

Unbelievable. 1 year old. Look at those long legs. And that smile. And those cute hats. :) When they are young, you can do just about anything and it's a-o-k. As teenagers, they don't want to listen to fashion advice, that's for sure. :) Get some rest. I'm dragging and haven't been anywhere. Counting down the days to the end of the school year and the beginning of summer vacation. Best wishes, Tammy

He is so cute wearing his homemade wigs and hats! I guess he will have to get used to all the things y'all make and have him model for you. Ha! Hope he had a wonderful birthday.

I can hardly believe he is one year old already. He and his big brother are so adorable and get cuter every day. Aren't you glad to be there for the big event?

I remember the lion mane, and the pictures with the clown hair totally crack me up.

I hope you are all having the time of your lives.

Happy birthday to "Roo"! What a happy first birthday celebration this was, I love his colorful clown hat and cake!

I know that flying is very tiring but the moments spent with family are so worth it! Glad you are back home safely.

Thank you for your compliments on my daughter's wedding and best wishes for the new couple. We are on "Cloud 9" with happiness!

Love that birthday hat. My grandson, who is now 8, has had a variety of birthday hats over the years. The one he has now he has worn about the past three years. He loves it and makes the decision each year to wear it. Every year we say this will be the last year for the birthday hat, but he fools us every time. We know when he decides he will no longer wear the hat, he won't be that little boy anymore but will be growing up to be a young man!
