Muddy Fields and Sweet Victory

I can't begin to tell you how much MORE rain we've had than USUAL... EVERYTHING is muddy!  Our sweet Karsyn is not much for getting dirty...

But, she pressed on valiantly!  You can tell this was early in the game... Most of her uniform is still green.  ;)

Miss B and Daddy watched intently from the sidelines...

Mostly, she was just happy to be in her favorite spot in the world (though when her Noni sat the camera down she did steal some sweet snuggles and sugars).

I love small town Texas life... In the end, sportsmanship trumps.

That is what I miss the most with my kids grown. The swim meets, baseball, softball and violin concerts. Truly the best!

Nowadays we are only getting half day sun because it has been raining very heavily every afternoon. It is so fun to watch the kids play. Mine have all grown up.

Love her little determined face as she runs down the field. This brings lots of memories, and soon the grands will be playing. The uniform colors seem to have improved over the years!

Oh goodness, I love Texas and small towns in the state even better!
Our grands soccer games have been cancelled and I have been missing them.
Karsyn is a precious and brave soul to take on all those spongy soccer fields.
Love these photos, Tanna.
Have a lovely day,
Jemma

So cute:)

They are darling girls.. who would not want to step back in time and be a child in their daddy's arms:)
Must be such a safe safe feeling.
Love small towns.
Not a city girl here.

You have some precious girls there. I'm with Karsyn, I don't like getting dirty. But, sometimes it comes with the territory. And I'm sure daddy's lap is the best seat at the game! Sweet memories...sweet small town.

Small town texas is a must with sportsmanship! Little Man just started T-Ball and all they talk about is being a good sport! It is just adorable to watch, just like your precious girl here!

Oh how cute... Your granddaughters are beautiful... Karsyn will learn that getting dirty is OKAY --especially if she continues playing sports....

Thanks for sharing. I remember those days of watching my kids/grands play sports. FUN!!

Hugs,
Betsy
