| Old Girl Mockingbird |
The Old Girls are the historic multi-family properties that we have adopted and are working to restore to their former glory. They were built between the late 1920s and early 1930s during the oil boom in Tyler. Most were built originally as multifamily properties, though we do have one which was converted from a single family dwelling into a duplex before we bought it. We love our Old Girls, but like children... they take lots of love... and lots of work!
