Our Little Tomboy: Texas Girl
Do you see those horns on the right... Our Little Viking Princess? All she wanted from Santa was this BIG black truck! Yep, our little two-and-a-half-year-old Daddy's girl is a bonafide tomboy. She is allowing her big Sis to have a little behind-the-wheel-time while she kicks back and enjoys the ride.
I'll have to share a photo of my favorite old toys (unearthed in the move) one of these days. Suffice to say, you shouldn't be surprised by her tomboy ways considering her gene pool. And, she stashes chocolate. Hee hee. Just gotta love her to pieces!

I'm almost 60 and I'd love a big black truck too. LOL
Tomboy ....yep, me too.
so cute! dodge - no substitute. :)
i'm not sure i would have known what to do with a real girly girl!!! (and my poor DIL---one of 4 girls in her family---is totally in the dark with what to do with her all-boy boy! Somehow we figure it all out! So very cute!!!
Must be a sign of the times! Our youngest GD has a pink and purple truck and is quite good at making car noises, learned perhaps from big brother, or maybe it's genetic?
I would have been in tomboy heaven to have had that vehicle at age two!! And, I think chocolate stashing is a very important concept!!
Best,
Bonnie
What a cute truck! I can see why she wanted it! I was a tom boy...had dirt under my nails for years and even had pet worms. haha.
Oh! How cute, cute, cute! I wanted a car like that when I was little--only ours were bicycle peddled. Never got one and had to wait til 17 to drive. She'll be a whiz behind the wheel before long!
So absolutely precious! Our little A. Is anything but a girlie girl...gotta love Tomboys....so much fun!
great quote! Isn't she just the sweetest...letting her big sis drive. It is great seeing kids having fun and loving life. Cute little hat she is wearing...I wonder where she got it??
Cute picture, great quote . . .
My childhood toys looked nothing like this . . .
I'm even older than Dee and I would like a ride on that bike! Have a wonderful weekend.
I am getting all caught up. As for the quote three posts down, you can be inspired but you can't steal, simple as that. Love the little sweeper, great idea. And who wouldn't want a Viking hat and a black truck!
Hugs to you and have a great weekend,
Meredith
Love the hat, and the chocolate stashing. Pretty cute!!
She must be adorable in her black truck. You'll just have to sure that there's no chocolate stashed anywhere in it when the weather gets hot!
Oh my! Too cute! I was the biggest tomboy ever. :) Blessings to all, Tammy
Dear Tanna, Love that she stashes chocolate. My daughter used to do the same thing.
Love the hat.
Your verses are very inspiring. Thank you.
