Five plus One

Five Willy Nilly Joys plus an extra:

1) Three little dish rags in a bright Easter Bundle.  Oops... need to pull the dead leaves off my bromeliad.  ;)

l

2)  Over the course of the week, I traveled lots of miles; and, this was one fun sight along the way!  He was HUGE!

3)  Watched one of Roo's soccer games.  This little guy plays with SUCH JOY and natural ease.  It is a pleasure to see him in action!

4)  Grandparent's Day with this special young man.  He has his Noni's heart of hearts.  He was conducting a grandparent interview here.  So serious.  ;)

5)  Quail Egg Soup.  An unexpected pleasure at a friend's home.  Yum!

6) The extra:  Blue Herons at their nest.  Such BIG nests for BIG birds.

Joining Tanya's Willy Nilly 5 on Friday.

As we go through this Holy Friday, may we remember with gratitude the great sacrifice made for our redemption.  Thank you, Jesus.

Wishing you all a Happy Easter.

That's one very big bunny! Ha! Love the dishrags in their Easter bundle. Very pretty! I love watching children play their favorite games. They do play with joy and ease. Love the idea of a grandparent interview -- what fun! The great blue is one of my favorite birds. Happy Friday!

Oh, your grandboys are so handsome, Tanna! I know how proud you are of them. Love your colorful bundle of dishcloths. I've started one for Cliff. He likes to have towels on hand after his races, etc. so I'm making him a big black one. Lol!

What a precarious nest! But then, being a parent of any kind can often seem like that too while grandparents have all the fun! It's easy to see that your Easter week has been full of beauty.

The best to you and yours!
From one redeemed to another,
Dewena

What fun to be to be apart of special events.
Your "road" and mine are similar. Watching grand kids play, being apart of Grandparent's Day and all the funny sights in between!
Enjoy your Easter!

Love the pretty dishcloths. That's definitely one big bunny. I never hear much about Grandparents Day anymore. Glad to see you were able to spend time with the little guys. Ahhh, those blue skies. Sure do miss them. It's been drab and dreary here for a week now. Happy Easter!

You had quite an Easter week! I am intrigued by the Quail Egg Soup. Re Tom's comments, don't you love how men get right to the core or things, right away??? Have a wonderful day!

Those just might be the most beautifully styled dishrags! Your GP day at the boys' school reminds me of the one we go to. This year they changed it up a bit and we participated in classes, etc.
