Booooo! Happy Halloween to All!

Now, just to prepare you... you will be seeing these shirts again.  Our own little version of the Griswold family LOVES to wear our Halloween gear.  During my visit to see the Little Men, we washed and wore these at least every other day!

Things are back in full swing at The Bungalow.  Maddox Air Conditioning is working away on a correction of faulty ducting done by a previous owner on one of the Old Girls.  Flooring people are laying new hardwoods on a not so old re-model.

I am taking a moment to wish you all a very Happy Halloween.  May your days be filled with smiles and laughter...

May you find time to savor the beauty and joy of fall...

And, have a spooktacular good holiday!!

As you can see, holding still for these 'scary' cemetery photos was a challenge!  LOL!

Little Man had miles to run and too much to see to be slowed down for photos!

Now, is that just too sweet or what?  No bias here, of course.

Littlest Man had enjoyed our outing as much as he could... Sweet, sweet sleeping angel.

Now that I have whisked out a Happy Halloween wish to all, I am about to tackle this desk.  Yes, it is a 'big mess' as Little Man would say!!  Being gone for twelve days can leave you with some big messes to tend when you get home!

blessings to all ~

The orange just bounces out at ya, doesn't it; it is a cheerful hue. And I feel better about my office stacks when I see your office photo.

Here's a completely unbiased opinion: Those "Little Men" are adorable! It was so much fun meeting them (you and Amanda too) in person. Looks like you all had a spooktacular time. I got home at 8 p.m. last night after dealing with snow, traffic, rain and my exit from I-65 completely blocked by an accident and forcing me to continue on another ten miles! My desk looks like yours. The washer is chugging away. I'm slowly making my way back to a semblance of order.

Thanks so much to all of you for spending time with me!

Best,
Bonnie

Such sweet photos, Tanna! Happy Halloween! I'm so glad you were able to your daughter and little men.

You should come back and enter my digital scrapbook software give away as I know you must have thousands of photos of your little granboys (like I do!) that you could scrap.I'm having lots of fun with the software.

Hi Tanna, so glad you are back and posting, I missed you! Since I am a new follower, I know nothing about this bungalow and the renovation? Is this a place you have recently moved into? This is your daughter and grandchildren?? You have a BEAUTIFUL family!! Do they live very far away? These pictures are priceless! I especially love the stroller with the goggles and of course the precious sleeping one with the thumb in the mouth. Your bamboo bowl in the post below is so pretty, and I love that bird even more. Did I know what state you live in? Aren't grandchildren just the BEST?

Great series of pictures.
I had to do a double take on the first picture. I didn't recognize you!
I thought it was Amanda!!
What a young Grandma you are.

Aw,..such cute pumpkins!

Taylor said 'big mess' for everything when he was that age. But it was more like "bee moss"...hahaha.

From one Griswold family to another: I love your matching family shirts and think you are adorable.

I nearly lost it with the thumb sucking picture. Cuteness like that should come with a warning.

(BTW, I loved your pondering over the Exodus post. That's exactly the way I chew on things. I actually have treasure that I found about that heart hardening. I'll try to email it when I have a pair of minutes. I'm chin deep in working on a charity thrift sale this week.)

Scarier than your desk, it is!

That sleeping little one is absolutely precious! I laughed when you said the "Griswold" clan. My ex-husband's last name was Griswold; when we divorced, I didn't switch back to my maiden name. My now hubby calls me "Griswold" and has been doing it for nearly 20 years. People are always asking why he calls me that. ha! It just became his nickname for me and stuck. Love your Halloween outfits. Glad to see you had such a great visit with your daughter and little men. Best wishes, Tammy P.S. Hope you made some progress on that desk. :)

Hey Tanna - I've been MIA some lately -

How sweet are your "little men"! Even sweeter you all are in your orange! These are great pictures of your family and my fave is that little thumb in the mouth! That's all the Halloween sweets I need!

Tanna, do you know if you scroll down quickly through your post the figures, particularly the Little Men, seem to move. It's pretty neat!

Adorable pictures! I love the festive orange shirts :)
I've just found your blog...glad I did. I too love old houses and buildings.
I'm following you now, and looking forward to reading your posts...old and new.
I had to smile when I read about the duct work and air conditioning.
Amazing what P.O. of old homes do.
We are getting snow here, so the only thing blowing through our ducts is warm air.

It makes me so happy knowing you guys are together :) I love the pics and sweet baby Roo sucking his thumb makes my heart swell...good thing I'm pregnant already...that picture made me WANT a BABY. :)

So how much are hard wood floors gonna run us in our new Arkansas home? 1800 sq feet, you know my taste.

Tanna said...

Oh, Solar. If you could have Leo Bolom (my magician with the old floors) he would put down new oak and finish it for $8/sf. If you end up with an exotic from Lumbar Liquidators and their guys to lay it, it will be close to $9/sf. If you get BM to do the work, about half of that. A little frightening... blessings ~ t.
