Day 2 - No Carbs

The candy dish is empty. Took them all out, zip-locked them, and put them in the freezer!

I'm on Day 2 of almost no carbs. Grrrrrrr.... I'm really, really, really wanting some chocolate and almond Hershey's! Good thing I stuck them all in the freezer first thing yesterday morning!

Evan's daughter, Audra, surprised me one afternoon with an invitation to paint pottery. We had fun. She was much more creative than I was. I do like my little dish though... just wish it were full of my chocolate and almonds! ;)

My husband loves anything chocolate, me not so much. He will tear the house apart looking for chocolate. Good luck on your diet.

Okay you are one brave woman..I'd be tearing the freezer door off and then eating that chocolate no matter how many teeth it would break being frozen. :) Proud of you...

I'm assuming you're on a beginning of the year no carb diet. Perhaps moderation is best. It feels less like deprivation.

I'm right there with you, I wish I could say that I didn't cheat today but I did. It's just so cold. Let's see, what other excuse can I use?

Good Luck on day 3!

I'm with Nanny - if it's chocolate, I'll eat it even if it's frozen!!

Oh, goodness, you are SO much better than me. There is no way I would even attempt to give up carbs. It just wouldn't happen. Ever. :-)

Your pottery dish is precious!

Isn't the chocolate candy better frozen? LOL. It's a good thing you weren't with me yesterday. I would have tantalized you with the "death by chocolate" cake down at Wildflour. That's right - I treated myself to a little piece right after my grilled chicken and spinach salad. At least I got in some of my veggies, right? =)
