Today, you are committed to something.
What is it? Are you committed to just getting by, to just getting through the day with as little effort as possible? Or are you committed to something greater, something magnificent and exciting and fulfilling?
Whatever you are truly committed to, is exactly what you will achieve. Whatever you are truly committed to determines the kind of life you lead.
Within you is a vision that longs to be brought to life. It's a vision that deserves your full commitment.
Commitment to your most profound vision is not easy, and will ask much of you. Yet, you know it is the best choice.
Make that choice, make that commitment to the best that is within you, again and again, each moment of each day. And, the life you create, your own life, will be nothing short of outstanding.

Oh. my. gosh. I wish you could have some idea as to how this applied to me today. I just wrote a post about needing CREATIVITY.
Because today, my best hope was to get through this day unscathed. Pitiful? Yes. True? Also yes.
This was an encouragement to me. Thank you!
Love this...and so true! Thank you for sharing it with us!

so true! great advice. Not feeling it today though. Wish I were. Got the crud. Just being lazy and laying around on this stormy and rainy day.

Oh, what a great post and reminder in this new year to choose to be committed to a greater good. Thanks!
What a great post. I am inspired, and I loved your January list in your sidebar.
Thank you,

Hi, I love your place. My family from my Mom's side are from Cayuga and my Dad's family is from Blackfoot, my grandmother is in Palestine and I have a cousin lives in Tyler. I feel like you are family.
Came across this yesterday while I was working on my bible study, and thought it was a perfect complement to your post.
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed." Proverbs 16:3
Love you!
