I'm joining Betsy at My Five Men for her Random Acts of Kindness Adventure.
This is a semi-random act... prepared the same way as my first RAK.
I chose to add it to the windshield of the first car I came to with a carseat... It is a hard and sometimes thankless job tending and loving the young.
Though parenting has its own very rich rewards... it never hurts to have a little encouragement along the way...
While this is the only random act in my week, thinking of Betsy's RAK helped me to really focus on kindness while working my night at the food bank...
and to remember to call a neighbor to see if I could pick anything up for them at the grocery during the ice and snow...
and to let our plumber and floor guys know how much I appreciate their good service and work.
This is a super busy time for us and it was good to have this reminder...
Thank you, Betsy.

how very sweet! i hope that mother was truly touched.
A mother's job is never done... I am sure she will appreciate this lovely kindness. Visiting from Betsy's blog - enjoy your day!
That was very kind of you and the mother would be extremely touched and 'lifted' by this . . . :)
I would love to have seen the recipients face when she received this note..... Your RAK is so precious and I can so see you doing this often..
Blessings to you Tanna...

What a great idea!
I know when I had my hands full of children, it seemed nobody understood me.
Thank you for sharing Your BIG HEART (grandma heart)!
so so so beautiful, I wish I was driving around with a car seat in texas in your neighborhood :)
I'm sure this made that mamma's day...and every time she looks at that beautiful card, she will smile and remember. What a fun RAK to do...like a little ray of sunshine detective driving to find a car seat in a car. So fun!
I like your other RAKS, too...especially the checking on the neighbor during the bad weather in case they couldn't run errands.
Thanks for sharing...I'm so inspired by your ideas...excited for this next week!
What a sweet gesture on your part. You are inspiring me to do more RAKs.
I'm absolutely sure that this lovely card made a parent's day!
Best,
Bonnie
If we all would take the time to do something this precious...the world would be so different.
I am sure the mother appreciated your kindness. a mother's work is NEVER done.
Love it~ how thoughtful to find a mom…scouting out a carseat! My guess is your weeks are filled with acts of kindness, many are so natural to you you don't even notice.
I LOVE your idea! How unique.
I'll bet you made this person's day with that lovely card. Have a great weekend, Tanna!
Tanna that was the most touching and meaningful RAK. What a treasure to have one of your watercolor cards and with such a sweet Biblical encouragement.
I just know that blessed that mom beyond words.
Love you Tanna, and your generous and loving spirit.
Dear Tanna, I am quite sure this will brighten the day for someone.
The days are very rewarding being a mom; though sometimes quite long.
It is wonderful to pass this kindness along.
Have a good weekend my friend. xoxo Catherine

When I read about all the wonderful and kind things you have been doing...I quickly thought of Proverbs 31 where it talks about the virtues woman. Clearly this is you sweet friend. You are a blessing to all you know you. :)
There were tears. I just know it. xoxo

Wonderful Tanna! xx
Neat ---putting a note on someone's windshield... I'm sure that made someone smile...
There are so many little things we all can do --IF we just take the time....
Great meme....
Hugs,
Betsy---the one from Tennessee with my THREE MEN... ha
I loved reading about this Tanna - what a lovely idea. I can just imagine how the people in car must have felt, to be singled out so sweetly.
I know that if my son and daughter-in-law found this on their windshield, it would have made their day. I'm sure God guided you to the right car.
I'm sure that the person who came back to their car was very pleasantly surprised, Tanna, by this lovely watercolor and verse.
We were the recipient of a RAK as one of our neighbors snow plowed our driveway while we were on vacation. It so nice to come back home and see that job done for us and someday I hope to do that for another neighbor
Wonderful! :) Blessings, Tammy
