Basket Therapy - Day 4

Y'all are starting to get sick of these baskets aren't you?  Ha!  This is probably my favorite so far... though I do like the first one, too.  Both this one and the B-yue one are made from Burly Spun by Brown Sheep Company and an L hook.

My favorite thing about the gray version (aside from I'm diggin' this color) is that I finished it while helping my friend Patrice start her own basket therapy... with a broken hook.  Mercy me, I had been whipping these little things out so feverishly  that I snapped my cheap little plastic hook in two.  Had to finish with a stub of a hook!  LOL!

And, Amanda sent me photos of Alex with his B-yue Tote yesterday!!  Thank you, dear daughter.  =)

It is stiff enough to stand open and soft enough to collapse and carry...

Treasures people.  Treasures!

And, I leave you today with my very favorite photo from this group.  Oh, I adore this child.  This one speaks volumes about his interests these days... Sharks and TRANSFORMERS!  Wow, are they ever in favor!  Thank you again, Amanda.  Love y'all to the moon and back... to Jupiter and beyond...

Wishing you all a wonderful start to the weekend!

At least you don't have to put all your eggs in one basket!! If I had that b-yue one, I'd keep sharks in it too.

Best,
Bonnie

What great therapy!
Mine is more like pulling weeds.

Love the gray and I like that they can stand on their own, (that's how I choose my purses, too).

Keep it up and what a good friend.

I like the grey color of your recent basket very much, but then I saw the blue and that is beautiful too. Alex is a handsome guy. Does he know about the Sharks ice hockey team in California? He would like their team shirts, etc.

How perfect for transformers, I didn't know they were back "in" but most things do come around again. I like this basket too. I like the firm definitive ridge around the base. Think I will try the handles on the next one I'm making this weekend. You have a sweet one ...

Glad you answered the question that was on my mind. Was trying to figure out how the basket was standing up so nicely. So many options for using these...

I'm all caught up on the basketeering. (Yes, I know that's not a word. If I didn't know it, the little squiggly red line under it scolds me well enough. Still, I think that it SHOULD be so I'm leaving it. ) Of course I loved the last one best of all. It had the cutest little picture to go with it. BTW, it's amazing how much he has grown up this year! Wow. I want to say that he is still beautiful, but he is turning handsome instead and probably doesn't want to be called beautiful.
