First Night at The Big Bah-Nilla

We spent our first night in the Big Bah-Nilla last night... there is much unpacking left to do... but, we are in!  I still don't know exactly where my camera stuff is, so I'm still using my phone.  The kitchen is more or less finished.  But, there are a few other ongoing projects.  (kitchen before here)

Just had to share a couple of bright spots in my week that arrived via texts!  Little B was playing dress up... She is such a doll!!  Her Noni is ready for a day of play, too!!  LOL!  I'm taking a quick break this morning to say hello... and I hope to return soon... We have listed and gotten a contract on The Weekender (the culprit in this move... who knew three years of weekends would lead to a new address?).  I will tell you I am TIRED of getting houses ready to put on the market and the whole process... Looks like we will be closing on it two weeks from today (barring any odd things like with our other house).  So, there is MORE PACKING and MOVING of stuff in the works... We will be pressing hard for these two weeks.. then, I am going to take. my. time. and get back to some of my normal activities... blog reading for one!  ;)  I've missed my friends.

Until then, I'll be concentrating as hard as my Little Men (now known as The Big Boys!!  Oh, I'm missing them!) on getting the have-tos done!!  I hope all of you are finally enjoying some beautiful spring weather and good times!!  It has been a roller coaster year so far!  blessings to all ~ tanna

Soon it will be behind you and you can enjoy your new nest and rest! The little guys are growing up and what a cutie is your Little B !!! Don't work too hard! Miss you !

What a big difference and might I say, your kitchen is beautiful. It's amazing the difference that the white cabinets have made, and your new addition worked out very well.
Enjoy those babies....

What a beautiful kitchen!
Nothing like The Brick Street Old Lady. But I love it!

I have missed you and I haven't been around much either.
Looking forward to seeing more, of the grands that is (and of your new home).

It's hard to believe that's the same kitchen. Really beautiful. I know you and your husband will come to love this house in time. Can't wait til you do a walk through of each room. I love seeing where my blogger friends live. It's the next best thing to actually getting to visit face to face.
I have certainly missed your more frequent posts and beautiful needlework.
Your grandchildren are all so darling and I love seeing their sweet faces gracing your blog.
Have a good weekend and I hope you get a lot done in these next few weeks as you unpack and arrange your new home.
Love you!

Hi, Welcome Back... I can only imagine how hard it has been MOVING.... There's nothing harder--but when it's all said and done, you will LOVE it... So --you will be on a golf course? Are you still in Tyler --or moving TO Tyler? I remember that you said you lived in Tyler. I was in the Houston area for 12 yrs -but we are now on the golf course in Fairfield Glade, TN. BUT--we do not play golf!!!!! ha

Love your kitchen. Can't wait to see the rest of the house once you get it all presentable...

The grandchildren are ADORABLE.... Enjoy them NOW since they do grow up so very very fast.

Hugs,
Betsy

It was wonderful to look on my sideboard and see a post from you!

I love the Ba Nilla kitchen makeover in the biggest way. The two different tone effect on the upper and lower cabinets looks amazing. I'm now wishing that I had done that here. (Wouldn't dare mention it to my husband right now. I don't want to give him a case of hives or something.)

I wish you could have seen my faced when I saw your little Dress Up. She looks just like a doll, and the little men are as cute as ever.

Oh, how I want my life to feel normal, too.

I like the white cabinets much better! Hoping your next closing is a smooth one. It sounds like you need a little time off with the "Big Boys" and the "Little Girl" to perk you up.

Best,
Bonnie

The kitchen looks great!
We are still in the 'showings' stage with Pondside, and I dare not look too hard for a new place. I've already gone through the heartache of finding a perfect replacement, only to have it sold before we could get a bid in.
It's all such a lot of bother!
