These are a few of my favorite things....

Emails and snail mails, and texts and phone calls... these are a few of my favorite things...

This Little Angel is growing like a weed and oh, so, precious!!  I LOVE the text photos that come my way.  Her sweet little Momma is dear to my heart for sharing her this way.

Then, there is Roo.  He has fast moved himself to the top of Noni's knitting list because he loves to wear... and apparently model... his Noni's Knits.  If you want to see him VOGUE for his Momma, who sent me these wonderful photos, check them out on Our Little Adventures of Happiness.

Oh, and my Alex... He says he isn't Little Man anymore.  He IS the big brother, you know.  He answered his Momma's phone today and wanted to know why he couldn't see me (he's used to FaceTime!).  So big.  So sweet!!

And, oh, how I love snail mail, too!!!  So nice to get "Happy Mail" in the mailbox!!  Audra is doing a wonderful job parenting by teaching her children to write Thank You notes.  Sweet.  Sweet.  Sweet!   Which reminds me, I am WAY behind on writing Thank Yous myself!!  YIKES!!

Hope a few of your Favorite Things are finding their way into your day...

Blessings, each one of your dear family members.

I'm now using snail mail. I love it.
It's pretty fun to get a card, or letter in the mail.
Makes a good day, even better.

Oh your favorite things are so special. When we were in Boise last year, and took a trip of to a little town called McCall, I bought a wooden sign that sits on top of my hutch that says "These are a few of my favorite things".

BTW you have some "smail" mail coming. It's leaving my house today with your recipe for the Scones.

Sending love
Wanda

Those are the sweetest pics of all of them. I know it thrills you to see them and talk to them through all this wonderful technology we have now.

Sweeties, all! Aren't we lucky to have such advanced technology?
We seem to share many favourites!

You have the cutest grands! But maybe it is because they wear the cutest knitted wonderments! :-)
I wonder if it is just our generation that appreciates the technology of communicating, but still LOVES something to hold on to and tuck away....something that comes in the mailbox....
Hugs! d.

So fun to see your wonderful knits in use! They are all so cute! What is the pattern for Alex's sweater? I think my oldest GS would love it! Your needles must really fly; all these things and all the beautiful shawls, too. Impressive!

Oh what precious models! I would be inspired to knit with sweetness like that. I was always big on thank you notes when my kids were little. It's nice to see them still writing them even as adults~

You are blessed. Your kids know your heart language, that's for sure. And if your daughter is teaching her kids the importance of writing thank you's, you obviously taught her! Texting photos has sure made a huge difference in communication hasn't it? Especially for us grandmas!

They are adorable in all their beautiful hand-knit clothes. I love that dress and keep trying to decide if I should try it or not. These are lucky little people to have you as their grandmother and you are so blessed to have them and be able to enjoy them. We can not travel and just get to see ours one time a year.
Love,
Marie
