Our Newest Angel

Meet Andrew.  He is as good as anyone could ever hope for a baby to be.  He eats.  He looks around.  Makes some really cute faces.  Pees and poops.  Sleeps.  Then, does it all again... and again.  Rarely cries.  Loves to be snuggly warm.  Sweet as an angel.  We are blessed indeed.

He is modeling one of his Noni's latest projects and a cuteness that won't quit.

We are still trying to come up for a name for his lion friend.  Ariel is one of the possibilities.  Amanda did photos of Andrew's big brother every month with Sammy, the Sock Monkey, and Andrew will have this guy for his monthly photo-buddy.

His Momma, Amanda, is already busy with the shutter clicking.  Andrew was 9 days old in these photos.  She did a great job.  There will be more to come on the lion theme...

Love those little bitty hands and I love the cuffs on this gown.  ;)  Pattern and yarn used are listed here.

This whole photo shooting business is awfully tiring... a Littlest Man needs a nap after all that.

It is busy around here.  We are trying to have all the fun we can while our time together lasts...

Blessings to all... Tanna

Tanna: He is adorable. I'd just love to get my hands on him (and his big brother) for some cuddling!! I'm quite delighted that we are, by birth, from the same city!! Andrew and Little Man are very fortunate to have a Nonna who knits. That is a precious outfit.

Enjoy every minute with your wonderful family.

Best,
Bonnie

So so sweet. You are loving every minute of his adorableness. The gown is so, so nice and I love the buttons around the "hemline." Hopefully his son will wear it in about 30 years.

I know you are soaking it all up --memories to hold you once back home until the next time you are together.

Each picture gets cuter and cuter, ending with adorable.
You have my permission to hand out as many hugs and kisses, to both grands, as you can.
Enjoy!

Angel is RIGHT. Angelic Andrew, oh so sweet. I am SO wishing I could jump into those precious photos and give that Littlest Man a cuddle and squeeze. He is just so precious. And I haven't had a chance to catch up with Amanda so I love reading about what an easy baby he is! What a blessing!!

Andrew is so darling! He looks like such a big boy already in photo #1! Your daughter's photogrpahs are very professional, and so are all your beautiful knit creations, Tanna!

My first grandson had a colorful lion and jungle motif in his room when he was an infant because of his name. :) Now his "big boy" room is all about trains and construction vehicles.

My second grandson will have a dinosaur theme in his room...nothing to do with his name this time around, but his Mommy found many fun dinosaur theme accesorries to decorate with! They hope that theme will grow past infancy well into the little boy years. :)

He is so beautiful Tanna, many blessings and congrats to you and your family!! Babies are so sweet, and I know so many people who are having them right now it seems. :o) I hope you are doing well, I'm sure you must be thoroughly enjoying the presence of your little angel right now! Your cap and gown look wonderful on him, it is fun to see them all finished and being used!

Have a wonderful evening,

~Just a Girl :)

He's a beautiful baby! (Can you say that about boys?) I literally scrunched my shoulders when I scrolled to that last yawny picture.

And...
I just saw your post below about having trouble with blogs, etc. I'm having trouble, too. I can visit for a while, and then it just freezes completely on me. My husband disabled IE 9 because he thought it was making things worse.
