Hitofude Happiness and Succulent Smiles...

Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light in Astrid Grey
Happy.  Happy. Happy.

I've been notorious for not enjoying a cardigan or sweater of any version once it's finished; but, I think this one is going to be different... I'm actually thinking of starting another one!  It is an absolutely amazing design... Not one seam and an easy, intuitive lace pattern.  LOVE IT!

I did the modifications for her summer version.  The length is perfect.

Another piece of Happy this week... these three little succulents...

Found them at a wonderful shop in Tyler called Moss.   If you live near, it is a great little spot to check out and the folks are SO NICE!!  I always appreciate that!

"Eden is that old-fashioned house we dwell in every day without suspecting our abode until we drive away."  ~ Emily Dickenson

Hope you enjoy your Eden... and a big dose of Happy today.

The sweater is absolutely lovely. Form, colour, weight (as I imagine it). I even love the name! Astrid was my husband's grandmother's name. She was the first member of his family I met - lovely in old age, with red hair streaked with that same wonderful grey.
Eden - so evocative. I hope you enjoy yours!

Oh Tanna ~ love that sweater. I'm really into grey this year and that would be a wonderful asset to any wardrobe.

I had a long sweater coat many years ago that I wore out...have never found another one like it.

Sending love and hugs

If there is such a distinction as "MASTER KNITTER", you have achieved it! Everything about this garment is exquisite and I know you will love wearing it!

I knew the minute I saw that thing draped on the mannequin in the first photo that it wasn't ever going to be sent this way. =( It's fantastic! So glad you are enjoying it. ;-) Love you so big! xoxo

The sweater is absolutely gorgeous, Tanna. How do you do it? You should knit something beautiful and inexpensive and have a giveaway on your blog. Then one of your lucky readers could own one of your creations! Love the Dickenson quote!
Have a lovely weekend, dear friend. <3

I would be dancing the Happy Dance also...just beautiful. I too have enjoyed succulents this year, my new favorite plant. My grandmother from East Texas use to have them also. She had the hen and chick succulents.
