Sunday, it was "our turn" again with the grands!!  And, we all bundled up to head to the Christmas Tree Farm.  Brrrr... it was windy and cold!  And, cold and windy! Windy and cold!!

But, the trees were circled and examined and considered... in spite of the cold...

Little Andrew checked them out from ground level...

Pop Pop and Alex... well, they were more interested in other activities...

Finally, a tree was chosen!

After that, it was on to the 'fun stuff!' Yes, our tiny Little Man would slide down this giant slide all by himself!!  He's two years old, people!  LOL!

Then, get himself out and run back to the entrance saying, "Again! Again!"  It was pretty amazing.   He wasn't ready to go when we finally had to drag him away.  LOL!

Yep.  We enjoyed Our Turn!!  And, there will be lots more fun to be had!  blessings to all ~ tanna

Looks like a great time! I love that Alex is so brave. I bet he had a blast on that slide.

Hope you are having fun getting everything decorated for the holiday.

I bet that was a fun day! He is so cute in his little striped hat. That was nice that you made a special trip to get a tree. I have fond memories of doing that. We use an artificial tree now, but used to buy a live one every year.

Thanks for sharing your day out with the grands. I miss our two so very much, and would love to be doing this sort of thing with them, as we've done in years past. This year, sadly, we'll be apart for Christmas, but posts like this make me smile and remember!

Just when you think they can't be any more fun....they are!
Has he seen his train table or is that for Christmas?

We have a dusting of snow on the ground this morning and that's plenty for me/ha

Have a good day!

It's hard to find the perfect tree, isn't it? And then somehow they seem to grow on the way home?! I love the way that slide is protected. You've got a gutsy little guy there!

What a wonderful outing! I can't wait to see your tree all decorated, Tanna.

It does look unusually cold there, while we've had unusually warm weather for November here in NYC. I am not complaining..lol!

You're making memories! Looks like you had a wonderful afternoon AND got your tree. Nothing like multi tasking! I've been so lax in keeping in touch lately--too much on my plate. It's all good, but I need more hours in the day!
Have a wonderful day!
Best,
Susan
