If you look close, you can see the most happy and delightful smiley face in this beautiful handmade sunflower. My friend, Michelle, created this little gem and has been wearing it on her apron at Rose Path. I asked if she would be willing to sell it... without even batting an eye, this generous soul unpins it from her apron and says, "It is yours. Pay it forward." Incredible. THAT's what I love about hanging out around that place! Good, good souls. She is good for my soul.
Simple pleasures... the feel of soft yarn... the sight of beautiful colors...
A basket of possibility!! Inca by Katia. Love it!
This is what I'm working on right now. Another sweater. This one for me, I think.
This is a felted tweed by Rowan. There are flecks of a wonderful blue interspersed throughout. After a false start on Amanda's Lily Cardigan, it is now becoming a Peasy. =)

Tanna, I love the color of that sweater. You are so talented to be able to knit like that.
pay it forward...what a wonderful thought. the world would be a better place if we all did that!
I loved the pay it forward movie. The colors of the yarn are just gorgeous.
Such beautiful colors..I love strong, bright colors! Lovely sweater, I couldn't do that if I died trying! ;D
Such a beautiful yarn!!! Anxious to see what it will be when it grows up. And the sunflower....wow!! That is so cute. Wish I had a yarn store like that. I know I would be trying so much more.
Can't wait to see what beautiful piece you come up with for yourself. You deserve it!!
You are incredibly talented. My mom-in-law tried to teach me to knit once...she said anyone could do it. In the end, she suggested I go back to doing...well...whatever it is I do:)
What great way of letting someone know they are special, paying it forward!
You have a special gift with those hands of yours!

Gorgeous yarn & I love the sweater you're knitting! What a gift!
What a sweet gesture for her to give you the flower. It's amazing how little gifts like that really lift your spirit! Kind of like when you made Ryan that sweet blue sweater! :-)
