Persimmon and Picot

Persimmon and picot.
Fall and femininity.
Things that remind me of my daughter...

Soft, sweet, sensational.
Steel, sharp, savvy.

I'm sending 74,417 stitches, each wrought with love.  I hope you throw it on with your oldest pair of jeans and a soft, snugly t-shirt... and that you will feel your mother's love wrap around you--comfortable, old and always there.

Happy Birthday, daughter of mine.  I love you to the moon and back.

Happy Birthday to Amanda! I'm going to be looking for her in that gorgeous sweater and Little Man in a stroller when I'm there next month!!

Glad you enjoyed the chicken. The recipe was from my niece in Roanoke.

Best,
Bonnie

Tanna that is so sweet and I am sure she will feel your arms wrapped around her every time she wears it. Such a pretty color. I see a beautiful breakfront in the background. You need to share that, too.

Gorgeous color and looks so nice. She'll love it. My mother knitted so many wonderful sweaters for me. I miss that. Wish I still had them even if I can no longer fit in them. I can see them in my mind's eye and they were made with her love and craftsmanship.

Oh Tanna..what a delightful gift to an even more delightful daughter! Just read Amanda's return comment to you..and it's simply wonderful hearing her express such love and appreciation.

And the sweater is fabulous! Perfect Fall Color! Truly a lovely piece! I can definitely see it with a crisp white blouse and a favorite pair of jeans.

Thanks so very much for your heartfelt comments left recently at my place. All of which pretained to my most recent return to figurative painting. I'm suddenly experiencing this new surge of passion for oils again. I believe in listening to the heart..and mine is leading back to my very beginnings with art.

Hope you're having a blessed week my dear friend! Love so much visiting your site. Hugs, Terri
